Guest Experience Review

An independent review of the whole visit, with the actions set out in order.

An empty queue shelter with steel rails at a park, on a grey day

We observe the site as guests and as observers, read what guests already say, and speak to the people who run the day. The review covers queues and flow, the offer and its value, the places guests use, and service. It ends with a baseline and an ordered plan: operational changes, design work, and what to leave alone.

When this service is appropriate

The visit is not performing as it should. Typical indicators:

  • Queues dominate guest feedback.
  • Value for money or service scores are weak.
  • Scores are moving and your teams disagree on the reason.

  • Walks by guest type: young families, teenagers and older visitors

  • Conversations with frontline teams, arranged around the operation
  • Analysis of 12 to 24 months of guest comments
Deliverables

  • Scorecard for the main moments of the visit
  • Ordered action plan: this month, this closed season, leave alone
  • Findings session with your leadership team

03

Analysis

Issues separated into operational changes, design work and items to leave alone.

04

Findings

Indicative duration: 3 to 5 weeks. The fee is fixed and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Performance measures

Spend per guest, time spent queuing, dwell time, guest satisfaction. Measures are agreed at appointment and set out in the proposal.

Common questions

We already survey our guests. +

Surveys tell you how guests felt. We observe where time and money actually go on a real day, tie it to the physical site, and separate what can be fixed operationally from what needs design.

What do we not receive? +

A finished design, a planning application or a construction programme. Those are separate pieces of work, proposed only if the review shows they are needed.
