Fees in writing before Stage 1

Householder planning packs are a written fixed fee, agreed before we start. Typical first-stage appointments for a London rear extension or loft sit in the low thousands, not a percentage of build cost.

What you get in writing

You see the number before any drawings. The first meeting is free. If the scope changes, we agree the adjustment before doing the work. Manchester and Birmingham jobs are quoted the same way.

What it is not

It is not a percentage of build cost. It is not an hourly meter. It is not a surprise invoice at the end of Stage 1.
