A visit is experienced as a whole, not ride by ride. Queues, routes, shelter, food, rest and the condition of what has already been built together shape whether guests return. The studio brings its planning, design, survey and principal designer expertise to sites that remain in operation, and programmes every commission around the season.
Typical first appointments
Two initial appointments establish an evidence base before capital is committed to design.
Guest Experience Review, 3 to 5 weeks. An independent review of the whole visit, with the actions set out in order.
Building and condition surveys, 3 to 6 weeks. A clear record of what is on site, its condition, and what needs attention first.

Common questions
Is this a separate company? +
No. Attractions work is carried out by FADP Architecture, trading name of Fa Design Partners Limited, by the same directors and to the same terms as the rest of the practice.
What does a site visit cost? +
The fee is fixed and confirmed in writing before the visit is booked. It depends on the size of the site and the travel involved.
Do you have attraction projects to show? +
Our completed and concept work to date is residential, heritage, hospitality, masterplanning and industrial. Attraction projects will be published here, with the operator's permission, as they complete.
Do we have to close anything while you work? +
No. Surveys are arranged outside operating hours, observation happens during normal operation, and building work is phased around your season.
Where in the UK do you work? +
The studio is in London. We work across the UK, with travel set out in the proposal.
