Access affects wheelchair users, families with buggies, older visitors and people with sensory or neurodivergent needs. We follow the routes guests take, from parking to the exit, and identify what makes the visit harder for any guest. Recommendations are set out in order, from simple changes to design work. This is a design review, not a certified access audit. Where a formal audit is needed, we will say so and can bring in a registered access consultant.
