Every project begins with a close reading of the site: its context, constraints and potential. Options are tested against planning policy and indicative cost, so that design proceeds from a sound brief.
Planning is treated as part of the design, not a stage that follows it. The studio prepares and manages householder, full, outline and prior approval applications across London and the wider UK, through to the discharge of conditions.
Technical design, structural coordination and contract administration carry the design through to site, so that what is approved is what is built.
