Building and condition surveys

A clear record of what is on site, its condition, and what needs attention first.

Buildings, themed structures, shelters, queue lines and paths all age, and many parks do not have accurate drawings of what they own. We survey what is there, record its condition, and set out repairs in order of priority, so maintenance can be planned before the season rather than during it.

When this service is appropriate

The condition of the site is not fully known. Typical indicators:

  • There are no reliable drawings of the site.
  • Theming, shelters or buildings are showing their age.
  • Repairs are dealt with as they arise, not planned.

Common questions

Is this the same as the property condition survey? +

It uses the same discipline, scaled to a site with many structures, themed finishes and public routes, and ordered around the operating season.

Can you survey while we are open? +

Yes. Most of the work is arranged before opening or after close, with your team.
