A three-storey terrace replanned as a house that can take more occupants — rooms, kitchen, fire, daylight — not a hostel.

More occupants is easy to draw badly: identical cells and a kitchen that cannot hold them. We replanned all three floors so fire escape, bathrooms and daylight still work as a house.

The 3D views are there to stop the plan becoming a diagram. This is a conversion study. It is not a completed HMO, and no licence or occupancy figure is claimed.
