A backland that could have been a street of fronts and a leftover yard. We turned it inside-out: two rows of houses face a garden. Children, beds, a bench. Cars are not the plan.

The drawing is a study of that room. Gables hold the edge; the path is the public piece. No unit count or cost is claimed.
