A London terrace asked for space without looking extended. The rear volume and the roof addition are one composition: the same render, openings lined in timber, the ridge left alone so the street still reads the original house.
We treat the garden wall as a façade, not leftover. Three openings, equally lined, sit in a single plane. The addition stops where the host house should still be visible.
