Manchester is a service area for FADP, not a invented branch. We work from 66 Paul Street, London, and we travel for measured surveys, neighbour context and site meetings. If a project only needs a remote drawing pack, we will say so. Most good extensions need someone on the pavement.
The housing is different from inner London. Red-brick terraces in Chorlton, Whalley Range, Levenshulme and Stretford; larger suburban houses in Didsbury and Prestwich; mill and warehouse conversions in Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. Rear wings, outriggers and yard walls set the geometry. We design to that stock, not to a London terrace template with the city name swapped.
Manchester City Council (and the surrounding districts) still run householder applications on the same national framework, but local character appraisals and conservation areas — Victoria Park, Didsbury, the Whitworth Street corridor — change what a roof or a rear addition can do. We read those documents before concept, not after the officer writes the refusal.
Typical appointments: rear and side extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, and planning recoveries where a previous pack ignored the street. Fees are fixed in writing. Fatima and Aun remain the people you speak to.

Do you have a Manchester office? No. We will not list a virtual office. The practice is in London. Manchester work includes programmed site visits.
