Aun Naeem

Director · Design & masterplanning

Aun leads FADP's design and masterplanning work. Educated at Birmingham School of Architecture and the University of Sheffield (MArch), his work spans cultural, educational and retrofit projects alongside international research. He brings a design-first approach grounded in careful analysis of place, context and use.

Fatima Shakeel

Director · Planning & delivery

Fatima leads FADP's planning strategy and technical delivery. Educated at Birmingham School of Architecture, her experience covers cultural, religious, commercial and residential schemes across the UK and abroad. She is known for direct communication and technical rigour from planning stage through to construction.
